RECOM VI, which features indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-award-fee task orders and cost-plus-award-fee core requirements, calls on the two companies to help with the design or fabrication of aerospace model systems and developmental test hardware, NASA said Wednesday.

Innovative Defense Technologies, a software-based warfare capabilities provider, has secured a potential three-year, $89.8 million contract from the U.S. Navy to support a Department of the Navy project focused on advancing naval technology. Under the Phase III Small Business Innovative Research award, the company will enhance the practices and tools of the Navy's testing software systems in support of Project Overmatch, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

Raytheon, an RTX business, has secured a four-year, $80 million contract from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to improve flood and water supply and quality prediction and analysis. The Next Generation Water Prediction Capability contract covers the development of a new water resources modeling framework to upgrade the national water model and optimize flood inundation mapping services, NOAA said Wednesday.

BAE Systems has secured a five-year contract from Lockheed Martin to continue maintenance of the AN/ALR-94 advanced digital electronic warfare system used in the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor fighter aircraft. The contract covers managing EW system repairs and upgrades, supplier logistics and test equipment maintenance as well as providing depot-level spares and engineering support, BAE said Tuesday.

L3Harris Technologies has received a five-year, $125.1 million contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to supply spares and repair parts for very small aperture terminal transmission systems the company had built. DLA awarded the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract on a sole-source basis. Work is expected to be completed by Sept. 24, 2028, the Department of Defense said Monday.
