A notice posted Thursday on SAM.gov states that the deputy assistant secretary of the Army for cost and economics requires support to maintain and update the Force Organization Cost Estimating System, which provides cost estimates of the U.S. Army's organization structure and capabilities.

A team composed of L3Harris Technologies, Leidos and MAG Aerospace will compete for a U.S. Army program to develop a fleet of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft to gather operational intelligence against the country’s adversaries. L3Harris will lead the industry team for the Army’s High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System program, which seeks to equip Bombardier Global 6500 business jets with deep-sensing platforms.
