Nexalin Technology Establishing Advisory Board to Help Commercialize Neurostimulation Products for Military, Government Customers

Nexalin Technology, a developer of neurostimulation products, is establishing a military and government advisory board, whose purpose is to help formulate and implement a strategy for the commercialization of the company's deep-brain stimulation devices. The advisory board will be led by David Lasseter, the founder of Horizons Global Solutions, a provider of consulting services with a focus on biotechnology, intelligence, law enforcement and national security, Nexalin said Wednesday.

The Exploration and Space Communications Project Division within NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center seeks industry input regarding its intent to decouple into separate vehicles the two requirements covered by the Space Exploration Network Service and Evolution indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The SENSE IDIQ currently provides for the operation, maintenance and sustainment of the Near Space Network and other government projects and assets, and the implementation of Space Exploration, Communications and Navigation capabilities, according to a request for information posted Tuesday on SAM.gov.

State Department Calls for Increased Vigilance Among US Travelers Amid Rising Global Tensions

The State Department is warning U.S. citizens traveling anywhere in the world "to exercise increased caution". In an Oct. 23 travel advisory, the department called for vigilance on the part of U.S. citizens when visiting locations frequented by tourists and recommended that they enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program.

CBP to Award Sole-Source Contract for Aerostat Operation, Sustainment Support Services

The Air and Marine Operations division of U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole-source 8(a) Alaskan Native corporation award to address a requirement for aerostat platform support.
