NVIDIA has unveiled the GB200 Grace Blackwell superchip. Powered by six new technologies, including Blackwell-architecture GPUs called the B200 and the fifth-generation NVIDIA NVLink, the platform works to enable organizations to build and run real-time generative artificial intelligence, NVIDIA said Monday.
Intelsat CEO David Wajsgras recently said that his company is considering an investment in a medium-Earth orbit constellation and intends to make a decision regarding the effort before the end of the second quarter. The Department of State has approved a potential $90 million foreign military sale of AIM-9X Sidewinder missiles and related equipment to Italy. The FMS covers three requests from the Italian government for a total of 66 Block II+ Sidewinder missile variants and seven tactical guidance units, plus 24 AIM-9X Captive Air Training Missiles and four accompanying guidance units, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency said Friday.

Incubation firm Red Cell Partners is providing cybersecurity technology developer Eyris $3 million in pre-seed funding meant to allow the company to start a Department of Defense pilot program and offer services to other federal agencies.
