Excella has secured a spot on a potential five-year, $110 million blanket purchase agreement to provide data science and analytics support services in support of the Office of Personnel Management's talent acquisition and management initiatives. The company said it has also secured the first two call orders under the BPA to support the development of customer-facing data products and assist OPM's Human Resources Solutions in implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

ManTech has secured a five-year, $44 million recompete contract from the U.S. Air Force to deliver software development services for the Secretary of the Air Force’s Office of Studies and Analysis. The Herndon, Virginia-based company said Monday it will be responsible for software modification and maintenance, configuration management and analytical support for operating modeling and simulation tools.

NASA has awarded 15 companies spots on a five-year, $45 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in support of the Flight Opportunities and Small Spacecraft Technology programs. Winning contractors will be tasked to provide flight services and carry out the integration of payloads like science instruments and technology demonstrations onto a variety of platforms, including suborbital rockets, balloons and satellites, NASA said Monday.

QED Systems has secured a potential five-year, $383 million contract to provide specification development and availability execution support services in support of the U.S. Navy's ship maintenance efforts. The company will support the maintenance of the Navy's guided-missile destroyers and cruisers, landing platform dock, dock landing ships, landing helicopter assault, amphibious assault ships and littoral combat ships, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

A Palantir Technologies subsidiary has received an other transaction authority contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency to develop a planning tool prototype for the Department of Defense’s Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations. DISA said Friday that under the $9.8 million OTA, Palantir USG will work with the U.S. Strategic Command and the combatant command JEMSMO Cells to create the Electromagnetic Battle Management – Joint Decision Support prototype.
