In this capacity, he will collaborate with Exovera’s development team on the exoINSIGHT platform and broaden the company’s portfolio of technology, analysis and data platforms meant to help government and commercial customers deal with security and economic challenges amid great power competition, the company said Thursday.

Gerry Fasano, president of defense group at Leidos and a four-time Wash100 awardee, is slated to become chief growth officer as part of a recently announced key leadership changes and operating group realignment at the technology company. Leidos will be reorganized into five sectors: defense systems, digital modernization, health and civil, national security and commercial and international segments, effective Jan. 1.

The board of directors at Kratos Defense & Security Solutions has undergone what the technology company describes as an "augmentation and refreshment process," which saw the retirement of board members Samuel Liberatore and Jane Judd and the addition of Brad Boyd and Dan Hagen.
