KPMG has received a potential $53 million labor-hour contract modification from the Defense Finance and Accounting Service to provide auditing services. Under the award, the company will conduct audits on the financial statements of the U.S. Army's general and working capital funds over a one-year period until Nov. 30, 2024, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office plans to award multiple contract actions to RTX business Pratt & Whitney to continue the work started under the F135 Engine Enhancement Program, now called F135 Engine Core Upgrade. Pratt & Whitney had been working on the EEP as the sole-source awardee of the Engine Enhancement Preliminary Design contract, which was issued in 2022 and is set to conclude by February 2024, according to a notice posted Monday on SAM.gov.

Northrop Grumman has received a potential $265 million contract modification from the U.S. Navy to continue providing engineering and logistics support services for a U.S. Marine Corps multimission radar system designed to detect and track remotely piloted vehicles, cruise missiles and other airborne threats. The modification increases the ceiling value of a previously awarded basic ordering agreement to $514.3 million, the Department of Defense said Monday.
