The Department of State has approved the Israeli government's request to purchase nearly 14,000 tank shells and related equipment from the U.S. government under a potential $106.5 million foreign military sales agreement. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency said the State Department waived congressional review requirements under the Arms Export Control Act to supply Israel with 120mm M830A1 High Explosive Anti-Tank Multi-Purpose with Tracer tank cartridges from the U.S. Army inventory.

TechFlow has booked a more than $2.1 billion award from the Transportation Security Administration to maintain and conduct performance-based logistics for explosives detection systems. Contract work will support over 300 airports and federal facilities within the U.S. and its territories.

RTX has secured a potential five-year, $20.8 million contract to build and demonstrate two wideband passive sensor systems for the U.S. Navy's Birdseye Yonder effort. The Office of Naval Research solicited bids for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract under a long range broad agency announcement and will obligate funds in the Navy's fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation budget, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

The National Reconnaissance Office awarded five companies contracts to provide commercial electro-optical capabilities to the agency. The Strategic Commercial Enhancements contracts were granted to Airbus' U.S. Space and Defense business, Albedo Space, Luxembourg-based Hydrosat, Muon Space and Turion Space, NRO announced Tuesday.

Amentum will continue to support the Department of Defense's Biological Threat Reduction Program in Africa through a potential five-year, $56.1 million contract from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The company said Monday it will bolster the biosafety and biosecurity measures of the African Union's Pan African Veterinary Vaccine Center in Bishoftu, Ethiopia, under the award.
