Redhorse Corporation has acquired Gainesville, Virginia-headquartered Allied Associates International for an undisclosed sum in a push to expand its cybersecurity and data product offerings for the government sector. The company said Tuesday it will integrate A2I's cyber intelligence products with its existing artificial intelligence, data analytics and engineering portfolio supporting national security missions.

Intel has unveiled plans to expand its semiconductor research, development and production operations in Oregon as part of broader efforts to help restore and reinforce U.S. chip manufacturing leadership.
