Accenture Federal Services and Google Public Sector have unveiled a new center of excellence that seeks to help federal agencies improve citizen experience while managing sensitive and classified workloads using data management platforms and generative artificial intelligence technologies. The Data and AI Center of Excellence will provide agency clients with access to Google Cloud's AI-based code generation tools, Vertex AI platform, language models, specialized data and AI experts and AI-optimized infrastructure, the companies said in a joint release published Thursday.

Mayur Ahuja announced on LinkedIn Monday his promotion to division vice president and deputy program manager of the Johnson Space Center Engineering, Technology and Science contract at Jacobs, transitioning from his role as director of engineering of JETS. Ahuja initially joined Jacobs in 2005 and stayed with the company for eight years. During that term, he served as facility configuration manager, then manager of the avionics, biomedical robotics and astromaterials group and deputy director of engineering for the JETS contract.
