ICF International has received a potential five-year, $9.6 million contract to maintain a suite of web-based security applications for the Social Security Administration‘s Office of Security and Emergency Preparedness.
ICF said Monday it will support OSEP’s security processes and nationwide oversight with the Security Automated Features and Enhancements platform powered by the company’s GroupAssure compliance automation software.
The contract covers project management, onsite support, business and requirements analyses, app design and development, updates for existing apps, client documentation, training and customer service needs, ICF added.
“Since 2004, ICF has assisted the Social Security Administration in the automation of its security business processes,” said Lynn DeCourcey, an ICF vice president.
SAFE is designed to help SSA meet security-related federal mandates and oversee more than 1,500 offices nationwide.
