CACI International‘s U.S. operations business has received the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2015 credential for quality management.
The enterprise-wide ISO certification was awarded as a result of an external audit that examined every aspect of the company’s quality management system that includes internal processes established to meet quality service, customer satisfaction, product and process conformance requirements, CACI said Thursday.
Ken Asbury, CACI president and CEO, said that the recognition is a product of the company’s efforts to meet its risk management and quality assurance standards.
Auditors also assessed a statistical sample of the company’s U.S. operations programs along with its operational excellence team’s activities and the involvement of its top management in setting priorities, CACI said.
