Todd Morris, former vice president and business area director for homeland security at CSRA, has joined McLean, Virginia-based consulting services contractor Attain LLC as managing director for national security within the federal services division.
Attain said Tuesday Morris will lead its business with the Department of Homeland Security, Justice Department and the state and local law enforcement agencies.
Morris joined CSRA in November 2015 upon the Falls Church-headquartered company’s formation through the merger of the former Computer Sciences Corp. U.S. public sector business with Fairfax-based contractor SRA International.
Morris led the homeland security and law enforcement business business at SRA prior to the combination and managed programs in areas such as data center services, cybersecurity, enterprise resource applications, information technology infrastructure and intelligence analysis.
He held software engineering, technical management and business management roles at Orion Scientific Systems, a contractor acquired by SRA in 2004.
At Orion, he served as president of the Science Server LLC joint venture co-owned with Elsevier Science.
