The U.S. Army has awarded SAP‘s national security services unit a $17 million multiyear contract for consultation services in support of the service branch’s enterprise resource planning logistics and financial programs.
Army Contracting Command will obligate $4.5 million from fiscal 2016 research, development, testing and evaluation funds, the Defense Department said Monday.
SAP National Security Services, formerly known as SAP Government Support and Services, offers technology including enterprise applications, analytics, database, cybersecurity, cloud and mobile software and works to address national security customer requirements.
DoDÂ added that work will primarily be conducted in Alexandria, Virginia, through March 21, 2019.
