Avon Protection Systems has landed a potential seven-year, $92.7M contract to provide joint service aircrew masks and related accessories to the U.S. Army.
The company will manufacture M69 Joint Service Aircrew Mask for Strategic Aircraft, as well as provide engineering services under the firm-fixed-price contract, the Department of Defense said Friday.
DoD expects the company to finish work by Dec. 21, 2024.
In a separate announcement, Avon said it will commence deliveries within the second half of its current fiscal year. The contract contains a five-year base period, followed by two one-year options.
