Technical Frontiers Inc. has achieved a CMMI Institute Capability Maturity Model Integration appraisal at level 3 for services.
TFI said April 30 the rating indicates that the company has implemented general and specific process areas of the model and managed its business processes at a “defined” level.
The firm was also re-appraised at CMMI level 3 for development following an evaluation by an independent organization last month.
Venkat Reddy, TFI CEO, said the company sought to verify the maturity of its software development and information technology services procedures as well as showcase its practices to its customers.
“Achieving both appraisals … shows a true commitment for TFI to be more efficient in our operations and more competitive in our marketplace,†Reddy added.
