Harris has received a potential five-year, $43 million contract to continue to help the National Cancer Institute‘s cancer research center manage data under NCI’s intramural clinical trials program.
The company said Monday it will perform clinical data management, quality assurance and control, clinical audit, research databases and systems update and clinical trials safety and compliance monitoring services for the institute.
Carl D’Alessandro, president of Harris’ critical networks segment, said the company has provided data management support to NCI over the past 35 years.
The follow-on contract has one base year and four option years.
