Rebellion Defense has received a subcontract from warfighter-focused engineering and design firm Fuse to deliver custom software technology services to the U.S. Navy in support of a program that seeks to enhance the Pentagon’s joint tactical network. The Washington-based technology company said Monday it will integrate its engineers and operators into Project Overmatch through its mission engineering service.

SpaceX will research and develop an automated collision avoidance technology under a cooperative research and development agreement with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Office of Space Commerce. Thomas Campbell, a former general manager for L3Harris Technologies, has been named president of Made In Space, a Redwire subsidiary focused on in-space manufacturing technology. Campbell will lead activities under a portfolio of in-space production technologies, and will succeed Andrew Rush, who will serve as Redwire's chief operating officer on a full-time basis, the company said Wednesday.
