ManTech to Mentor Beacon Systems on Mgmt, Business Development; Karla Matthews Comments

ManTech International has agreed to mentor Beacon Systems Inc. on management, business development and process enhancement areas.

ManTech will advise BeaconGov on general management and strategic planning to help the woman-owned small business grow its contracting base and mature its systems, Beacon Systems said Wednesday.

“We strongly support our small business partners and the mentor-protege programs, and look forward to BeaconGov’s enhanced infrastructure, growth and business success,” said Karla Matthews, senior vice president of ManTech’s mission services.

The Small Business Administration approved the mentor-protege agreement.

BeaconGov develops technology, engineering and business services for federal, state and local government clients.
