partnershipDun & Bradstreet will integrate its global business content into SugarCRM as part of a partnership intended to boost the customer relationship management practice with access to information on prospects, customers and opportunities.

D&B’s global business data, which covers 230 million companies and 100 million contacts, will be available to Sugar UX users in April, the companies said Wednesday.

“CRM users want to maximize their sales and marketing efforts, but until now they’ve had limited access to quality business information,” said Mike Sabin, senior vice president for partner solutions at D&B.

“Through our new partnership with SugarCRM, users can overcome this challenge with company, industry, and contact data flowing directly into their CRM.”

SugarCRM expects such data to guide users in making informed business decisions to deliver sales goals and customer satisfaction, according to Clint Oram, the company’s co-founder and CTO.

Three levels of data integration will be available based on CRM users’ needs and budget.
