Tommy Nobis Center entity Nobis Enterprises and Highlight Technologies have formed a joint venture to combine their capabilities, delivery models, customer knowledge and expertise to advance employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
In a joint press release published Thursday, the companies said Tommy Nobis Center Chief Operating Officer David Suddreth and Ryan Haywood, director of portfolio development for health and citizen solutions at Highlight, will provide oversight for the newly established joint venture, which was created through the SourceAmerica-sanctioned Mentor-Protege program.
Advancing Career Opportunities for People With Disabilities
“We are excited to join efforts with Highlight Technologies to expand career opportunities for people with disabilities across the country,” said Dave Ward, CEO of Tommy Nobis Center. “The combined capabilities of Highlight Technologies and Tommy Nobis Center will offer potential federal customers an array of viable solutions.”
Under the partnership, Highlight will provide infrastructure and strategic support for Nobis to help the latter establish a new contact center and a help desk support services business line to advance their economic development plan.
“With a commitment to accessibility and accommodation, Highlight’s partnership with Nobis elevates our ability to create equal opportunities for our current and future workforce – regardless of ability – while continuing to provide value to our federal clients,” said Highlight CEO Aarish Gokaldas.
