Collaboration software developer Mattermost is teaming up with Mobius Logic to create an artificial intelligence-enhanced hub for development, security and operations and other mission-critical functions.
Mattermost said Tuesday that the collaboration hub will utilize its OpenOps AI platform, which will be linked to Microsoft suites including AI Services, Azure, Teams and Entra ID.
As an AI provider to Microsoft, Mobius Logic will enable OpenOps AI users to deploy their domain-specific DevSecOps tools in one place. The new centralized environment is expected to expedite integration of AI-enhanced workflows among defense and government organizations.
Barry Duplantis, vice president and general manager for North America public sector at Mattermost, underscored the partnership’s mission critical work as the public sector continues to use AI.
“It’s crucial that the Department of Defense remain on the forefront of innovation to maintain tactical advantage,” said Duplantis. “The hub enables them to do so by leveraging AI-accelerated workflows in a secure, responsible way with complete data custody and on-prem hosting options down to datacenter-in-a-box.”
On the other hand, Wes Anderson, vice president for defense at Microsoft Federal and recipient of the Wash100 Award, remarked that the collaboration among the companies reflects the commitment of defense-ready industry partners to deliver next-generation AI-enabled technologies to national security customers.
