Gayle Grasso brings her over three decades of experience in information technology sales to management consulting firm Sierra7, where she will serve as director of business development.
Sierra7 said Monday Grasso will support the Falls Church, Virginia-based consultant’s work with the Department of Veterans Affairs under the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation, the Veterans Health Administration Integrated Healthcare Transformation and other prime contracts.
Grasso most recently held the same position at BookZurman, where she was responsible for expanding its presence in the health care IT market. Prior to that, she served at IBM as VA clients executive for more than a decade and, earlier, as program manager for seven years.
She will report to Sierra7 Chief Growth Officer Gina Gallagher, who cited the new business development director’s federal IT knowledge and how it could support the firm’s growth initiatives.
