Jacques Fournier Appointed Sales, Health Markets Director at HumanTouch

Jacques Fournier, a U.S. Army veteran, has been named director of sales and health markets at McLean, Va.-based information technology firm HumanTouch.

In his new role, Fournier will employ software-defined offerings to grow customer engagement efforts with the Defense Health Agency, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Veterans Affairs, the company said Wednesday.

Prior to HumanTouch, Fournier worked at Versa Integrated Solutions as vice president of customer solutions development. He also held various roles at Dell, SRA International, Unisys, Bolt Banerek & Newman, CCSI and Visa International.

Fournier provided communications security maintenance to civilian and military counter-intelligence agencies and assumed the role of contract management consultant for the Joint Program Executive Office during his tenure at the Army.

“Jacques brings twenty-two years of commercial and public-sector experience in operations support, program management and business capture,” said Rick Hill, a senior vice president at HumanTouch.
