XTec has received high impact level approval for its cloud-based identity authentication platform under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.

AuthentX Cloud is designed to facilitate identity credential enrollment and provide maintenance and access control of credentials, the company said Thursday.

The platform offers authentication, validation and authorization services tailored to address a range of agency needs including physical access control and credential issuance.

According to XTec, its offering complies with multiple federal standards such as the Office of Management and Budget’s recent memorandum on identity, credential and access management.

FedRAMP provides risk-based guidance to help agencies purchase cloud products that meet federal security requirements.
