Information technology company iGov has landed a blanket purchase agreement from the General Services Administration to provide Panasonic-built rugged mobile devices and accessories to government customers.
The BPA allows federal, state, local, and tribal government workers to procure the devices at pre-competed prices, iGov said Wednesday.
Such pricing structure works to eliminate a need for bidding or multiple quotations and offers significant discount off the GSA ceiling, with the bonus of quantity discounting.
Reston, Va.-based iGov serves as a value-added reseller and integrator of command, control, communications, computes, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance platforms for public sector clients.
