CenturyLink has introduced an offering meant to help enterprise customers connect across hybrid cloud workloads through a portal or an application program interface integration method.
The Cloud Connect Dynamic Connections service is intended to link CenturyLink’s fiber network of public and private data centers and on-net enterprise facilities to multiple cloud service providers, the company said Tuesday.
The communications firm uses a software-based networking platform to deliver the service over Metro Ethernet Forum-certified private Carrier Ethernet 2.0 networks.
Cloud Connect Dynamic Connections is part of CenturyLink’s Cloud Connect portfolio and is available across various locations in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe.
Government customers can also avail the service on the AWS GovCloud (U.S.) region.
