Alaska-based Alutiiq‘s Advance Security Solutions business has received a potential $75.9 million contract to provide physical security services for multiple NASA sites.
The company will work to secure Goddard Space Flight Center, Goddard Institute for Space Studies, Wallops Flight Facility and the Independent Verification and Validation Facility, the space agency said Wednesday.
The contract has a base of $18.1 million, with $15 million covering the award’s indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity portion, and options that may be exercised to access the maximum value.
NASA may extend task orders for up to a year following the ordering period’s expiration date.
The agency sourced the award via a small business administration set-aside.
