Kevin Cummins, a veteran staffer in the U.S. Senate, has taken a new role as vice president of the Professional Services Council‘s technology practice.
Cummins most recently served as senior legislative assistant for Sen. Tom Udall (D-New Mexico) and helped craft technology-related legislation such as the Spectrum Relocation Fund Act and Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act.
Prior to Capitol Hill, Cummins held the positions of director for public policy and international trade at ASTM International and client communications project assistant at IBM.
PSC also hired Ashlei Stevens, former senior communications manager at the United Negro College Fund, as the council’s director of media relations.
