A joint venture of Louis Berger and Cummins Power Generation holds a position on a five-year, $45 million contract to aid the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the distribution of generator sets during relief operations.
Berger/Cummins will help FEMA to facilitate the agency’s disaster and emergency response missions in the U.S. and overseas, Louis Berger said Thursday.
Frank Jordano, president of Louis Berger Power LLC, said the project aims to contribute to federal readiness and response services.
The joint venture is among the five awardees on the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract awarded by the Defense Logistics Agency in March to provide generator sets to federal civilian agencies.
