The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has asked information on potential vendors that can provide development, security and operations support services, Nextgov reported Monday.
USCIS said in a July 12 notice on FedBizOpps it wants information on how companies apply “DevSecOps” to machine learning, analytics, big data and other fields.
The immigration agency seeks DevSecOps services to help develop and support systems in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services cloud environments.
Interested companies should discuss the size and number of IT projects supported within the areas of big data, analytics and data science through the use of DevSecOps and agile processes in the cloud.
Potential vendors should also describe their experience in agile development and Spark code development for production and testing purposes as well as provide information on data types used in artificial intelligence methods.
The agency also asks firms to build a neural network application based on Google’s document entity resolution dataset.
USCIS will accept responses through July 26, according to the sources sought notice.
