The General Services Administration has selected GuidePoint Security to offer cybersecurity services under four new special item numbers of GSA’s Information Technology Schedule 70 procurement vehicle.
GuidePoint said Tuesday it submitted written documents and underwent oral technical interviews as part of the evaluation process to qualify for the “highly adaptive” cybersecurity service SINs.
The Herndon, Virginia-based cybersecurity company will offer services to public sector agencies under penetration testing, incident response, cyber hunt and risk and vulnerability assessment SINs.
GuidePoint noted its team will work to meet government customers’ information security needs through the SINs.
GSA created the four new HACS SINs in September 2016 to support the White House’s Cybersecurity National Action Plan.
Schedule 70 is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple-award contract vehicle that provides agencies access to products and services from more than 4,700 authorized vendors.
