Cloud-based data analytics provider NetComm has signed up for the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center’s Federal Big Data Test Lab in a push to help the government address challenges through data and analytics technology.
NetComm said Wednesday the ATARC Federal Big Data Test Lab program will work to provide preconfigured data and analytics tools to government agencies to help deploy “rapid” projects.
The ATARC Federal Big Data Test Lab formed following a joint pilot program with the General Services Administration and the Commerce Department.
Louise White, NetComm’s chief growth officer, said the company’s participation in the ATARC Federal Big Data Test Lab aims to offer government agencies access to NetComm’s data analytics platform Beacon to support e-business processes.
The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program-certified Beacon data analytics software works to provide tailored dashboards and data visualization sets to users, NetComm noted.
NetComm is a women-owned small business that provides various cloud-based analytics services through the Beacon platform.
