Igate is set to begin operations under the Capgemini brand six months following the completion of the company’s acquisition by the consulting firm.
The rebranding of Igate is part of a process to incorporate the company into Capgemini’s global production center network and financial services sector, Capgemini said Monday.
“Operating as one brand means that we can offer our clients seamless access to a wide set of expertise,” said Virginie Regis, group marketing and communications director and member of the group executive committee at Capgemini.
Capgemini said it expects North America to account for 30 percent of the company’s revenues after the Igate buy.
