Rancher Government Solutions will begin offering its cloud-native Kubernetes and container technologies to the Department of Defense through the DOD Enterprise Software Initiative DevSecOps Phase II Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement Marketplace.
The company said Monday that it will collaborate with FCN IT, GovSmart, Thundercat Technologies, Carahsoft Technology and DLT Solutions as part of being an ESI SEWP Marketplace provider.
Dylan Miller, director of channels at Rancher Government, expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to expand partnerships, saying that “the DevSecOps Phase II marketplace will provide an efficient, economical and familiar vehicle that will help our DoD customers accelerate the adoption and deployment of our cloud native technologies.”
The DOD ESI program seeks to streamline software and services acquisition in the government sector for substantial cost savings and enhanced efficiency.
