Robert Ashley, former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and a retired U.S. Army lieutenant general, has joined the board of directors and government security committee of Domo Tactical Communications‘ government solutions business.
The two-time Wash100 Award winner will help in achieving excellence and fostering innovation in the security and intelligence sector, DTC Government Solutions said Tuesday.
Before his appointment as the 21st director of DIA, Ashley served as the army deputy chief of staff, G-2, to the Secretary of the Army and the Army Chief of Staff.
Furthermore, his career spans more than 36 years of active-duty military service, during which he not only led several military units but also held significant leadership positions pertaining to intelligence matters across various military commands and forces.
John Cremins, president of DTC Government Solutions, said Ashley’s insight, leadership and vision will be invaluable as the company advances its services to meet the military’s communications needs.
