Maximus will provide the Federal Emergency Management Agency with contact center support to assist in its disaster response efforts in Hawaii.

The state was recently impacted by wildfire, hurricanes and other natural disasters that necessitated FEMA to procure support services such as contact center implementation, call and data entry management and additional teams, Maximus said Monday.

Teresa Weipert, general manager of Maximus Federal and a previous Wash100 Award recipient, welcomed the opportunity for the company to continue its partnership with FEMA on relief services delivery.

“The award enables our skilled teams to provide the mission-critical contact center services that thousands of Americans rely on for support during a catastrophe,” she said.

The call order for outsourced contract center support has a 120-day performance period.
