Motorola Solutions is offering new integrated call control software designed to help first responders manage information by integrating call handling and computer-aided dispatch into a single, unified workstation.

It will provide Motorola customers with integration options for browser- or software-based 9-1-1 call handling as well as dispatch software for information sharing or resource allocation, the company said Wednesday.

Users may customize an integrated call control platform via these options.

“As part of our voice and CAD software offerings, we’re taking separate products and merging them into one integrated call control solution,” said Andrew Sinclair, corporate vice president and general manager at Motorola Solutions Software Enterprise.
