Gov’t IT Market Vet David Januchowski Named Halfaker HHS Programs Director

David Januchowski, a former program vice president at General Dynamics' information technology business, has been appointed director of Health and Human Services programs at Halfaker and Associates.

He will help manage Halfaker's work in federal projects such as the Legislative IT Lifecycle Support program at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Center for Submission Tracking and Reporting Development, Modernization and Enhancement at the Food and Drug Administration, the company said Tuesday. 

Januchowski previously served as a deputy group director at the CMS Information Technology Office, where he managed data center infrastructure and IT operations.

After CMS, he worked at GDIT and supported the agency in cloud transition programs during his tenure with the company.
