Forbes has listed Leidos among the top 500 employee-friendly companies based on a set of criteria and online surveys.

Leidos said Wednesday it has been named among "America's Best Employers," a list that honors employee-favored firms.

Market research firm Statista helped Forbes determine the awardees with survey results from over 50K emloyees in the country.

"Our 32K employees across the globe define who we are and what we stand for as a company: helping to make the world safer, healthier and more efficient," said Paul Engola, chief human resources officer and head of business partnerships at Leidos.

The recognition follows Leidos' previous company honors such as being among the "Top 100 Digital Companies 2018" and "Best Employers for Diversity 2019."
