Lorne Graves, a two-decade engineering veteran, has joined Abaco Systems as chief technology officer.
Rich Sorelle, president and CEO of Abaco, said in a statement released Wednesday Graves’ leadership and experience in the embedded computing market will help advance the company’s presence in the field of open architecture commercial-off-the-shelf platforms.
“I am excited to join Abaco and contribute to our mission of advancing the capabilities of the warfighter through game-changing mission ready embedded technologies,†Graves said.
Prior to Abaco, he worked at Mercury Systems as chief technologist and served as senior design engineer at Extreme Networks.
He also worked with several prime contractors on radar, electronic warfare and signals intelligence programs.
