Pamela Graff Appointed PSI Chief Strategy Officer, Justin Bacon to Serve as Acting Chief Growth Officer

Planned Systems International has appointed Pamela Graff, founder of QuarterLine and a 20-year industry veteran, as chief strategy officer of the Arlington, Va.-based healthcare information technology services contractor.

She will focus on developing growth strategies and identifying new capability target areas as PSI aims to integrate its operations and services, PSI said Wednesday.

Graff previously held senior leadership roles at Science Applications International Corp., Northrop Grumman and a private equity company. She helped the Department of Veterans Affairs develop a 20-year care delivery strategy for the country's military veterans.

Justin Bacon, formerly a senior vice president at QuarterLine, joined PSI as acting chief growth officer and he will be responsible for implementing growth plans and driving synergy within business units in his new position.

In his previous capacity, Bacon oversaw the day-to-day management of QuarterLine’s healthcare and technology businesses as well as its business development efforts. He previously held a cybersecurity engineering position at Booz Allen Hamilton.
