Information technology firm Y-Tech has welcomed technology and government service industry executives Mae DeVincentis, Jack Hughes and Ron Moultrie to the company's advisory board.
DeVincentis, CEO at Maxwell Associates, held a number of roles with the Defense Logistics Agency, with positions including chief information officer and logisics director, Y-Tech said Wednesday. She holds expertise in multiple areas including logistics, supply chain management, cybersecurity, information technology and federal procurement.
Hughes, principal at Phoenix Financial and Advisory Services, has supported a number of merger, acquisition and business growth efforts across his career, having formerly held executive roles at ManTech and Alion Science and Technology.
Moultrie, CEO at Oceanus Security Strategies, has contributed 36 years of service in the U.S. military and intelligence community. He held roles at the National Security Agency, the CIA and the U.S. Navy, where he curently provides advisory insight on cybersecurity.
“Their input is expected to play a valuable role as Y-Tech continues to scale its operations, look for attractive acquisitions, enter new markets and identify strategic partnerships,†said Hannibal Jackson, president and CEO at Y-Tech.
