Mitre has been selected by the Boston Globe and San Diego Union-Tribune for each of the publications’ “top workplaces†lists published this month.
The publications used Energage’s survey platform to collate anonymous employee feedback on workplace culture which covers alignment, execution and connection-related factors, Mitre said Monday.
The San Antonio Express News previously named Mitre’s San Antonio, Texas office a top workplace in October, while the organization’s McLean, Va. facility secured the same recognition in June from the Washington Post for the fourth year in a row.
Kathleen Federico, vice president and chief human resources officer at Mitre, said the organization’s employees aim to help sponsors safeguard critical infrastructure, mitigate cybersecurity threats and address national issues through technologies such as artificial intelligence.
“They’re committed to our sponsors’ missions, and we’re committed to providing them with substantial educational opportunities, exceptional benefits, a flexible work environment and a healthy work-life balance,” she added.
“We’re thrilled to be considered one of the best places to work in San Diego, and are honored by the continued recognition in Boston, Washington, D.C., and San Antonio.”
The Boston Globe has included Mitre in its top workplaces list for 10 consecutive years.
