A Camvi Technologies-built platform has landed the top spot in the National Institute of Standards and Technology‘s Face Recognition Vendor Tests report.
The company said Tuesday its face detection algorithm ranked first for its accuracy to recognize wild images.
The FRVTÂ report aims to assess the speed, accuracy, memory consumption and storage capacity of face detection systems to guide government and law enforcement agencies in their tech deployment decisions.
Camvi recently demonstrated its face recognition platform at the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting held in August in Singapore.
