A Valiant Integrated Services–ALCA joint venture has been awarded a potential eight-year, $61M contract to continue to support three of the U.S. Navy’s facilities located in Italy.
The JV will deploy equipment and provide services necessary to address housing, facility support, transportation and environmental concerns at the Naval facilities in Sigonella, Niscemi and Augusta Bay, Valiant said Tuesday.
James Jaska, president and CEO of Valiant, said the company’s efforts to provide critical base operations, housing and infrastructure services for Naval service-members in Italy will aid U.S. and NATO missions across Europe.
The Herndon, Va.-based contractor secured a separate three-year, $140M contract to help the U.S. Army National Guard train military troops and formations worldwide.
