Cambridge International Systems has secured a spot on a potential seven-year contract worth up to $949.9M to support the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic in delivering cyber equipment and support services to warfighters.
The company said Wednesday it will help SSC Atlantic address the cybersecurity, command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capability needs of soldiers under the Department of Defense Cyber Mission Systems, Kitting and Supplies contract.
Russell Thurston, vice president of defense and intelligence solutions at Cambridge, said the Arlington, Va.-based firm has been working to equip warfighters with communications, intelligence, and security systems and services to meet their requirements for over two decades.
He added that Cambridge has previously delivered research and development, system-of-systems engineering, test and evaluation, acquisition, installations and logistics support services to SPAWAR and other customers.
Cambridge is competing with Grove Resource Solutions, PeopleTec, Systems Technology Forum and UEC Electronics for task orders under the CMS multi-award contract vehicle.
