Serco’s North American subsidiary has been included in Forbes magazine’s 2018 list of top U.S. employers for women.
Female employees comprise approximately 40 percent of Serco Inc.’s workforce, the company said Monday.
Serco Inc., which landed the 227th spot on this year’s America’s Best Employers for Women list, has several diversity programs including an affinity group – Women At Serco Americas – that aims to link female employees across the company.
Forbes partnered with research firm Statista to survey at least 40,000 employees including a sample of over 25,000 women who were asked to evaluate their companies based on representation, discrimination, career, family support, parental leave and diversity at the executive level.
