Warren Phillips, lead board director at CACI International, has been selected for the National Association of Corporate Directors’ 2018 Directorship 100 list.
The company said Tuesday NACD will honor Phillips at a ceremony that is scheduled to take place Nov. 28 in New York City and feature him in the November/December edition of the association’s magazine.
His selection to the list “reflects the exceptional expertise and dedication all our CACI directors bring to the governance of our company,” said Jack London, CACI executive chairman and chairman of the board and a two-time Wash100 winner.
London and Phillips co-founded a pro-bono symposium series with the intent to further the national dialogue on potential asymmetric threats to U.S. national security.
NACD named London a governance fellow in April of this year.
