Xerox has signed an agreement with the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance to offer document management products and services to multiple U.S. government agencies and educational institutions.
The National IPA aims to simplify the process for public sector organizations to procure Xerox’s printers, managed print services, software and workflow automation platforms through the contract, the company said Wednesday.
The cooperative’s members have access to a portfolio of contracts awarded to vendors.
Xerox works with customers to help them manage and secure documents with authentication, encryption and virus protection tools.
The agreement will run through February 2021.
